Bootstrap Embedding Theory
Bootstrap embedding is a density matrix embedding method that has been successful at recovering static correlation in strongly correlated systems. A current extension that we're actively pursuing is Frankenstein Embedding, an extension of Boostrap Embedding that allows for general application to molecules.
