Density Matrix Embedding Theory (DMET)

DMET is a wavefunction embedding method that has the potential to treat interactions between a fragment and the environment across covalent bonds. Current results from DMET applied to the Hubbard Model are promising, and we are currently working on extending the method to more general systems.
